RETURN POLICIES
Personalized items, special orders and custom
made orders are not
returnable, including favors, gift baskets, printed
ribbons/tags, and *invitations. Also, the following special
occasion items are not returnable: baptism clothing and
their accessories, towel and lathopana sets, stefana and
candles.
*(Please note - an invitation order with a possible printer's error should be resubmitted for correction (s). You must review your invitations as soon as you receive them. If error is found please contact us
a.s.a.p. so that we can assist you with obtaining new/corrected invitations).
Returnable items may be returned within 15 days of original
order date in original condition with original packaging.
*All items must be pre-authorized before returning them to Enthimia.com.

shipping address.
No returns will be accepted without this prior authorization.
Refunds on authorized returns will be subject to a 20%
restocking fee off the original sale price less shipping.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping,
and for your protection, we suggest that you send the package
insured.
Damage Claims: All merchandise is checked and packed
carefully before it is shipped to customer. Any claims regarding damage
to merchandise are
to be made against the shipping carrier and not Enthimia.com nor
Enthimia The Wedding & Baptism Store. Also read our
Shipping policies.
Please contact us if you have received any incorrect merchandise.
