SHIPPING POLICIES
All items are shipped via USPS or
UPS. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. The
rate calculator at checkout will offer a choice of shipping
services and rates.
(Customers receiving orders outside the USA
are responsible for any additional fees, duties and taxes
that may be imposed by the country by which the goods arrive
in).
Please allow 2-4 business days for processing your order
prior to shipping and delivery, unless otherwise noted (i.e.
*custom orders - please see below). Combine the
processing and shipping times. Expect approximately 2 to 4
business days for Domestic Priority Mail Service, or 7-10 days
Domestic UPS Ground Service shipping time under normal
circumstances. (Please note that inclement weather and other
unforeseen circumstances can affect shipping times). It is
the customer's responsibility to plan for sufficient delivery

The Wedding & Baptism Store is responsible for late arrival of
your package(s). If you have concerns you may always
contact us first for estimated delivery times.
*Custom Orders - Items such as Baptism pins,
printed ribbons etc.- at times may need additional time for production prior
to processing, shipping, and delivery. If you are trying to meet
deadlines for special events, it is recommended that you contact
us prior to ordering these items for their availability,
estimated production time and estimated delivery timeframes.
Please Note: Custom orders can not be returned or cancelled.
Also, if you need your
items quickly you may ask us for expedited service requests and
when available, we will be happy to assist you for your special
event date.
*Custom Orders- All favor orders submitted from our website are uniquely created for your special event and therefore considered to be custom orders. We need your
favor quantity, favor preferences and your Event Date, prior to accepting your order. The “Back Order” status seen
at each favor, prevents orders from being
placed online until you contact us first with your information. We happily accept favor orders for all Special Events. Please contact us for more details or to inquire
about a chosen favor, we are available to assist you.
Please Note: All favor orders require different completion times-Some favors are available upon request. Others may need 2-5 weeks to produce or
much longer depending on high demand, peak season requests, or if we need to restock or order items from abroad. Contact us to find out availability. Please order early and
plan accordingly for your required Event Date, we are not responsible for late orders. To better assist you we can accept all orders up to six (6) months
prior to Event Dates – STRONGLY ADVISED! Contact us to submit your favor order or for inquiries, We are available
to assist you.
*It is strongly advised to submit your custom Invitation Orders to us as early as possible
before your special event. Delays can occur with printing or shipping
especially during peak season. You must also allow sufficient time for proofs and/or editing if needed.
Please order early and plan accordingly for your required event date, we are not responsible for late orders. We can assist you with expedited shipping if needed. We package our items carefully. If your package arrives
damaged, you must file a claim with USPS or UPS yourself.
Neither www.enthimia.com nor Enthimia The Wedding &
Baptism Store is responsible for damage incurred during
shipping. Contact
usps.com or
ups.com to file a claim. You will need the original tracking
number found on your receipt and the original packaging for USPS
or UPS to inspect.
*We are not responsible for a wrong address so please
carefully check the name, address and zip code of the recipient.
A fee will be surcharged on your order if a package is
returned or rerouted due to an incorrect or invalid address
provided by the customer, or if the customer cancels a custom
made order, refuses to accept
delivery of a package or if the customer abandons an order for
more than 5 days.
*In most cases we can not ship to PO Boxes. Please
contact us for more details or special requests regarding PO
Boxes.
*Orders can not be cancelled once shipped.
*Custom Orders can not be cancelled nor refunded once in production. A
cancelled custom invitation order will be charged a 20%
cancellation fee in addition to
any editing fees collected.
We do ship to Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom and
additional locations abroad with USPS and UPS Mail International
services.
Please note, you may incur additional fees and/or other duties
and taxes associated with these international orders upon
arrival to these countries. You, the customer, is
responsible for these duties and/or other fees associated with
these international orders, not www.Enthimia.com nor Enthimia
The Wedding & Baptism Store.
***If you need your items quickly please feel free to
ask us for expedited service requests and we will try to assist
you. At most times we can arrange immediate processing of
your order for immediate shipping. You should then expect
2 to 4 business days for USPS Domestic Priority Mail Service
shipping time, or 7-10 business days with Domestic UPS ground
shipping services, in the Continental USA, under normal circumstances. Unexpected
delays can still occur. Other Expedited
mailing options are also available. We can assist you with
expedited shipping if needed.
***Please note: when filling out your shopping
cart order
forms online, there is opportunity for you to express
requests or concerns you may have in the "additional
information" area of the form. We always strive to meet
your requests and we always try to contact our customers if any
problems should arise.
